Here is a Chinese and sushi place that puts fresh produce at the centre. Yet the prices are reasonable, particular for the set menus (starting at €26). We recommend the hotpot (copious portions, €65 for 2) and the Peking duck (ordered in advance). Lovely service. We like the amazingly fabulous wine list. Desserts could be more refined.
