The Red Beef has fitted out the Grand Café with very chic décor that evokes the Belle Époque establishment that used to occupy the spot. The almost-black walls, wood, brass and marble features give the place a prestigious air.
The menu is based on Red Beef’s line-up: the focus is on grilled meat, prepared in an oven fired by planted-based charcoal, and cooked at 700°, accompanied by salads and fries. The sauces are homemade. Fish and large salads are also available. The sommelier, Dominique Rizzi, plays a big part in the café’s success. Continuous service (last order at midnight). Huge terrace on the Place d’Armes.
