A year after taking over, chef Mathieu Catry has made his mark. Modern French cuisine: slow-cooked veal, Parmentier sauce and pickled veggies. Very professional service. Unsurprising, but nicely varied wine list. We like the open kitchen; it’s always an excellent show. The terrace is just for aperitifs… but we would like to dine there.
