Certainly one of the best restaurants in the country and the Michelin star proves it. Chef Cyril Molard dares to mix tastes and textures, explore new techniques and add exotic flourishes. We suggest a prix fixe. We like the fresh veggies, bought from Sandrine’s organic market in Munsbach. The plates are nifty, but dramatically dark.
