Vol-au-vent, cordon bleu, confit of lamb… not an original menu. But the setting--in a renovated 18th century barn--is exceptional. The cuisine is top drawer. We recommend the tête de veau and vanilla macaroon. We like the charming rooms at the next-door farm, for those who want to make a night of it. The service could be more relaxed.
